"The Mouser Mobile App development over the last 12 months has become a truly user-centric approach, which makes the design phase so much more meaningful.

We have two main work streams for the app, one of which is new features, this tends to be for larger scale projects of adding new functionality, such as tools and calculators. We also have the ongoing UX improvements. The UX improvements are data-led changes we apply to the design based on user behaviours. We use session replay data to study our users and make informed design decisions to improve the user interface and user journeys. We do this across new and existing features. We then follow up with further data analysis to validate that our hypothesis was a success!

It's a really interesting and exciting process, which has been very well received by the client.

The Mouser mobile app project team operates from the UK to Texas. The dev and design team is UK based, the client is in the US. We embrace a fully collaborative approach working across the globe and time difference with weekly video meetings and discussions to progress all the projects, from ideas generation, design presentation, to reporting.
