Using Gesture Controls for an Innovative Experience
Driving an interactive future through ROHM's product solutions
Working with ROHM to bolster their events.
Having previously built virtual 360 exhibitions for ROHM that demonstrated the company’s latest automotive and industrial applications solutions, we have once again been proud to work with Rohm. EPM developed the ‘Interactive Future City’ video that utilises interactive gestures to highlight the possibilities and the power of ROHM’s electronic components.

Created for use in a physical trade show stand and combined with the use of a screen, the video starts with a car moving quickly through a futuristic cityscape. The car then passes through a tunnel, providing the opportunity for the stand visitor to engage with the animation through gestures with the interface. Pop-up boxes of information appear when the visitor gestures towards hotspots, presenting ROHM’s latest solutions.
Glowing outlines lead the viewer to the component in focus as the car passes through a variety of situations, such as the use of sensors on the road when around other road users and power supply when charging an electric vehicle. Creating a more captivating experience for the stand, the ‘Interactive Future City’ video has been used at electronics trade shows already and we look forward to working on the next project with ROHM.
